Our annual yoga event is an invitation to families and freedom to the mat. We invite the freedom to know that you can show up however that manifests in your body and joy knowing that we support you in that decision.

A Black Wall Street theme aims to highlight and celebrate black owned businesses while promoting union, camaraderie, and strength within the community.

We strongly believe that business owners should participate in some type of regular wellness practice whether that be movement, breath, or stillness.
