This unique program is a 200-hour comprehensive teacher training recognized by Yoga Alliance, the standard-setting organization for yoga teachers and studios internationally. THEBLKYOGITRIBE teacher training will prepare you to teach full-spectrum Ashtanga, Restorative, and Kundalini classes that focus on creativity and mindfulness. After receiving the certification, you will be qualified to register with the nationally accredited Yoga Alliance.

Technical

This training supports hands-on adjustments and modifications. You will learn how to align your body.

Theory

You will learn the history of Yoga and its teachings.

Ethics

You will learn the business side of teaching yoga and how to structure your business as a yoga teacher.

Lead Instructor

Adi Kaur, RYT 500, E-200, YACEP, is a registered member of the yoga alliance and believes in providing quality over quantity. Kaur has traveled the world teaching and practicing yoga. In 2020, Kaur was awarded the opportunity to study in the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh India. The time spent in the Himalayan mountains helped shape this program.
