Staying On Top Of Things

If you don't know, now you will! I am usually NOT on my phone but still you see my business - how do I do it? I do it by planning ahead. I have a calendar that I open at the end of each month to preplan what I want to accomplish for the following month.

I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to always have my phone in my hands and so far I've kept that promise to myself and I love it here. I do this by using a combination of scheduling apps that are all FREE! What? Yes grasshopper, free I tell you.
The first thing I do is pull up canva.com Now canva is that girl (don't ever underestimate her)! I pay for the yearly subscription because I use this software so frequently in my business but there is a free version available that works just as good. I used the free software for years until I finally made the switch.
Canva allows me to create the flyers and marketing collateral that I share on social media whether it be class schedules, event promotion, or a workshop that I want to advertise, canva is always my go to. There are thousands of FREE youtube videos on how to get started so I won't bore you with that in this blog. Let's get into the good stuff!
Once you decide what you want to post and have your marketing collateral made you can either use the software metabusinesssuite or metricool. Now I use these two bad boys at the same time. Why?
There are some features that are limiting in both softwares and whenever I reach a limitation I switch to the other for instance, facebook metabusinesssuite only allows you to schedule post 30 days in advance while metricool allows me to schedule out two months or more.
Now I will warn you, metricool only allows you to post up to 50 post free (at the time of creating this blog March 2025) so if I need to beef up the posting frequency and run out of free digital landscape I switch on over to the metabusinesssuite.
Both platforms allow you to post to multiple social media platforms in fact, metricool allows you to post to more than just facebook and instagram so it's really a one stop shop in that way.
I stay on top of things simply by planning ahead and using my time wisely. Eventually I will be a mother to many and this strategy will end up serving my business very well.
I hope that you found this helpful, if so drop a comment sharing what you'll take away and implement from reading!
See you in the next upload.
